"On Saturday we had our "Christmas" party in the private function room at the Lounge and I wanted to tell you about our experience.

From start to finish Holly was fantastic. She went above and beyond our expectations in helping organise the night, she was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Although there were a number of changes, including the date as the original was cancelled due to the snow, Holly was extremely helpful and even arranged for the "Christmas grotto" to be reinstated for us. Due to Holly's professionalism we will definitely be back to the Lounge for another staff night.

The staff on the evening were also fantastic, especially Marion and the guy with dark curly hair (I didn't catch his name!)

Thank you for a great night and look forward to using The Lounge again. "
